About Our Church
LPPC is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and is a voluntary fellowship of men, women, and children united in covenant relationship with one another and with God through Jesus Christ.
LPPC is structured with a Session, a Board of Deacons, and Corporate Officers acting as church trustees. The Session consists of 15 ruling Elders each serving a 3 year term. The Elders are assigned to one of our five teams either as a team leader or as a team member. The teams are responsible for the various duties and activities of the church. There are 24 Deacons each serving a 3 year term. The Deacons also minister to those who are in need, to the sick, to the friendless and to any who may be in distress both within and beyond the community of faith.
Our Mission Statement
We are an intergenerational church seeking Jesus together and shining His light from this hill.
Our Vision Statement
We aspire to be…
- Welcoming – We are committed to helping you feel at home, no matter
your age, stage of life or wherever you are on your faith journey. - Growing – You are invited to grow in your walk with God and see that
following Jesus can impact all areas of your life. We provide faith building
experiences for every age, while also bringing people of different ages
together to grow spiritually. - Serving – Following Jesus means being “His hands and feet.” Join us as we
bridge the generations, working side by side to meet the needs of our
community and the world around us.
