History

Celebrating our 275th anniversary in 2005, LPPC has a long history in the Lower Providence community. Click here to read about our founding in 1730 and continual growth in the service of the Lord.

Missions

LPPC supports numerous Christian mission projects, both locally and worldwide, in response to the commission of Jesus to preach the Gospel to all nations. The Session allocates over $100,000 from the church budget to support mission projects. The budget is a low estimate of the priority placed on missions, as there are numerous activities throughout the year in which LPPC members contribute their time, talents and financial resources to the mission of Christ in today's world. The following is a listing of mission projects supported by the Lower Providence Presbyterian Church in 2005.
