What will my child learn?

Our creative, caring teachers will help your child achieve the following objectives:

  • Respond to adults other than their parents
  • Develop the skills to socially interact with other children

What is the program for 3 year olds?

  • The three year old co-op programs are limited to sixteen children each.
  • The co-op aspect of the program means that each parent helps in the classroom about once every six weeks.
  • These two and three day programs combine a period of free play with more structured activities: story time, circle time, outdoor play, gym, games, art, music, field trips, etc.
  • The three day program meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
  • The two day program meets Tuesday and Thursday from 9 to 11:30 a.m.

What is the program for 4 year olds?

  • There are three, four year old co-op classes that are limited to eighteen children each.
  • The co-op aspect of the program means that each parent helps in the classroom five times a year.
  • The program offers art, music, gym, free play, outdoor play, field trips, etc., and enhances the child's physical, mental, and emotional growth.
  • The classes meet: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 to 11:30 a.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 to 11:30 a.m. ; or Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 12:15 to 2:45 p.m.

What is the Pre-Kindergarten program?

The Pre-Kindergarten class is specifically designed for those children who have completed a four-year-old preschool program but need another year to "grow" in maturity and/or skills before entering kindergarten. The class is limited to fourteen children and meets 9:00 am to 11:30 , Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
