Ted Mingle

Reverend Ted Mingle has been serving Lower Providence Presbyterian Church as the Senior Minister for eleven years. Prior to LPPC, Ted served at the Highland Presbyterian Church in Lancaster Pa.

Ted believes strongly in the theological concept of the priesthood of all believers. This is the belief that each person in the congregation has something to offer to greater God’s Kingdom in this world. Not one person is more important than another and all have been uniquely gifted by God. Ted also believes strongly in the outreach of the church and sharing God’s love beyond the church walls. One of his favorite missions is the Intergenerational Mission Trip that he leads every year as all ages from LPPC go to Morgantown, WV to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ to those who are in need.

Ted has been married to his wife Heather since 1993. They have been blessed by a daughter, Taylor (born in 1998) and a son, Jacob (born in 2000). The Mingle family loves the outdoors and all four Mingles are planning to run the Baltimore Marathon in the fall of 2024. The family also enjoys rooting for the Philadelphia Sports Teams.
