About Us

LPPC is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church (USA) and is a voluntary fellowship of men, women, and children united in covenant relationship with one another and with God through Jesus Christ. LPPC is structured with a Session, a Board of Deacons, and Corporate Officers acting as church trustees. The Session consists of 24 ruling Elders each serving a 3 year term. The Elders are assigned to a committee either as a chairperson or as a committee member. The committees are responsible for the various duties and activities of the church. Also, Elders are paired with a Deacon to support a parish of church members. There are 24 Deacons each serving a 3 year term. The Deacons also minister to those who are in need, to the sick, to the friendless and to any who may be in distress both within and beyond the community of faith.
